Why it happens

• A column typed Text is compared to a numeric literal or measure.
• IF ( Table[Code] = 1, ... ) where Code is text.
• A join/lookup key with mismatched types.

How to fix it

1. Fix the column's data type in Power Query so like compares to like.
2. If you can't, convert explicitly: VALUE ( Table[TextCol] ) or FORMAT ( Table[Num], "0" ).
3. Align key types on both sides of any comparison or relationship.
