A value can't be parsed as a date under the current locale.
Why it happens
- Mixed date formats in one column.
- US month/day order versus day/month order.
- Blanks or placeholder text like 'TBD' in the column.
How to fix it
- Use Transform > Using Locale to parse dates with the source culture.
- Clean nulls/placeholders before the Changed Type step.
- Parse explicitly:
Date.FromText ( [d], [Format="M/d/yyyy", Culture="en-US"] ).

= Date.FromText ( [DateText], [Format="M/d/yyyy", Culture="en-US"] )
